The cottage is a furnished rental.

We provide one roll of toilet paper per toilet and one roll of paper towels.

We also provide some basic cooking supplies such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, as well as cleaning products (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, disinfectant cleaner, sponges, and laundry detergent).

The cottage is fully equipped; you will find tools for cleaning, cooking, washing, etc.

We can provide bed linen and one towel per person for an additional fee (€80 per stay).

Yes, pets are welcome, we just ask that they do not get on the sofas and beds and that they do not go in the pool.

Yes, for an additional fee, we provide tables, chairs, and tableware to accommodate up to 36 people under the covered area. Please note: group meals are only permitted at lunchtime for insurance reasons.

However, out of respect for the neighbors, parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

Our rental price includes water, gas, and electricity up to 30 kWh per day (210 kWh per week). If this allowance is exceeded, we reserve the right to charge the difference at a rate of €0.20 per additional kWh.

We also provide free Wi-Fi internet access.

Cleaning is optional (€120).

Bed linen and towels are optional (€80 per stay).

Tourist tax is additional (€1.35 per night per adult).

We will welcome you on arrival, show you around the property, provide any necessary information, and give you the keys.

For your departure, we will also be there to collect the keys and conduct a final inspection with you.

Check-in is generally from 5:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. If you require specific arrival and departure times, please contact us to arrange them.

For late arrivals or early departures, a key box system can be used.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required to secure your booking.

For reservations made more than 6 months in advance, monthly payments can be arranged upon request.

60 days before arrival, a full refund is issued.

45 days before arrival, a 50% refund is issued.

30 days or less before arrival, the full amount is due.

There is indeed a security deposit of 2000 euros. This must be paid by check on the day of arrival and returned once the check-out inventory has been completed.

The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by their actions.

The tenant therefore agrees to obtain insurance coverage for these various risks, such as vacation rental and civil liability insurance, from a reputable and financially sound insurance company upon signing the contract.

Provision of the insurance policy is an essential condition of this contract.
